As some of you may or may not know, my journey of becoming a vegan started very early, and I was lucky to be supported by both my mum and gran who both introduced me to the wonderful world of cooking & baking.

Below you will find recipes for throughout the day from breakfast to snacks and obviously plenty of sweet indulgent creations, which I came across during my two decade long foodie journey, but also many creations I came up with myself. I am happy to share all of them. I will provide as much information along with the recipes in order for you to quickly spot if any of the recipes has an ingredient, that you might be allergic to but also to see its nutritional benefits at a glance.
